While it may be chilly and snowy around the region, there are plenty of ways to get in your weekly workout. From a virtual happy hour yoga to a rollerblading lesson at the park, here are six healthy workouts to try this weekend.
Weekly Happy Hour Yoga
Thursday, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Once you’re finished with the workday, change into your yoga pants and pour a drink for a fun evening at home. This complimentary class hosted by the National Landing BID welcomes all levels of experience for a way to decompress with connections, music and yoga. // free

Saturday, 8 a.m.
Continue the Valentine’s Day celebration with a weekend 5K. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the rushing water as you make your way through Great Falls Park. Learn 2 Skate

You are never too old to pick up a new hobby. Head down to Dixon Park for a lesson in inline skating. Adults and kids will learn how to skate forwards and backwards, balance and stopping.
