As positive cases of COVID-19 are increasing across the country, Virginia is not exempt from the potential of another rise in new cases, community spread, hospitalizations and, ultimately, death rates.
In order to keep yourself, your family, your friends and the surrounding community safe, it is best to stay home as much as you can, wear your face mask (it is currently a statewide emergency order) and get tested if you or someone you have been in contact with is showing signs of the novel coronavirus.
As a reminder, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have listed the following as symptoms of the novel coronavirus: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or small, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
