First Watch in Reston Opens This Week with Free Coffee

Head to Reston for brunch and a free cup of coffee.

By Maggie Roth May 19, 2025 at 12:16 pm

First Watch, the American restaurant chain known for its brunch offerings, opened its newest NoVA location in Reston on Monday. To celebrate, diners at the new restaurant will receive free coffee with their meal all week.

The deal is good for dine-in customers from May 19 to May 23. The new Reston location is at 12192 Sunset Hills Rd., in the former home of Carrabba’s Italian Grill.

First Watch offers fresh ingredients, such as its staple juices, omelets, Million Dollar Bacon, and lemon ricotta pancakes. It serves Project Sunrise coffee, which is sourced from women coffee farmers in South Africa.

The new Reston space has seating for around 170 guests, with a recessed and covered patio and a bar area. It’s open 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.

This is the 10th First Watch location in the Northern Virginia region. The brand has seen significant expansion in the area in recent years, with recent openings in Sterling and Falls Church.
