Blackfinn Ameripub in Ashburn has closed permanently.
“We want to thank you for supporting us through the years. It was a fun ride, and we owe all the good times to you,” a note to customers on the restaurant door said.
The restaurant that opened in 2016 on Central Station Drive in Loudoun Station billed itself as “a new generation of the classic American pub.”
Blackfinn Ameripub sits next to the AMC Theatres at the complex adjacent to the Loudoun Station Metro stop. Other businesses in the mixed-use development include Señor Tequila’s, Burger 21, and the Nail Society Spa.
The franchise’s closure had been anticipated and the landlord had been actively marketing the location, according to The Burn, which first reported it Monday. In January, The Zone, a family entertainment center in Loudoun Station, also closed.
Blackfinn Ameripub in Merrifield closed in October 2022.
