29th annual Taste of Reston returns with nearly 30 restaurants, a craft beer lounge and more

The event, held at Reston Town Center, is expected to draw record crowds this weekend.

Dig into this: The largest outdoor food festival in the area, Taste of Reston’s 29th annual event returns to the Reston Town Center this weekend.

Held June 14 and 15, the food festival will feature nearly 30 restaurants, as well as cooking demonstrations, live music, a craft beer lounge and a family fun zone.

Participating restaurants include Agora Restaurant, Barcelona Wine Bar, Gregorios Trattoria, Guapo’s Rotisserie Chicken, The Melting Pot, Pauly’s Rib Shack, Paradise Ice Cream, Two Smooth Dudes and many more.

This year’s beer list includes Starr Hill Brewery, Blue Mountain Brwery, Troegs, Devil’s Backbone Brewing Company and Bold Rock, as well as Bud Light and Stella Artois.

Tickets are needed to purchase food, beer and wine at the event and are $1 each, or $20 for 24. Food tastings are priced at one to five tickets, beer prices are 5 tickets for mainstream beer and six tickets for craft beer, wine is six tickets for 5-ounce pours and one ticket per wine tasting.

Entertainment will be provided by Vinyl Rhino, Cherry Crush Band, Delta Spur, New Blue Soul, Billy “T” Wilde, Gary Smallwood, Hilary Veltri, Pete Lapp and Scott Kurt.
