Northern Virginia’s dining scene continues to grow with a wave of new openings across the region. Fresh tastes include inventive tacos in Chantilly, Turkish dessert in Annandale, and a chef-driven Vietnamese concept at Tysons Galleria. Here are a dozen of the latest spots to add to your must-try list.

Pasha Castle

A new Turkish dessert and coffee shop has opened on Columbia Pike, offering a taste of Middle Eastern sweets and cafe culture. One highlight is booza, a traditional ice cream known for its stretchy, chewy texture and rich flavor.
