Proof Kitchen + Bar Debuts Winter Cabin Dining Experience

The cozy cabins include leather couches, themed decorations, and a custom dining menu.

Proof Kitchen + Bar is bringing a little piece of the North Pole to Northern Virginia. The Manassas restaurant has added winter-themed cabins to its private dining experience offerings.

Located on the NOVA Live campus, the North Pole Cabins offer four different cozy cabin options — Mountain Man Lodge, Gee’s Chalet, Fox & Hound Lodge, and Moose Lodge — for your next lunch, happy hour, or dinner get-together.

Each red and green cabin is decorated based on its namesake, featuring leather coaches and chairs, themed paintings, and holiday decorations like stockings and wreaths. Each of the four cabins seats four to six people.

The dining experience also comes with a custom menu that was curated to feed all your guests. With items ranging from $25 to $150, guests have the option to order everything from small snacks like chocolate chip cookies and truffle parmesan popcorn to belly-filling meals, including seafood paella and tomahawk rib-eye steak. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available to order.

Unlike some of the winter dining experiences in the area, the North Pole Cabins have no rental fee or food and beverage minimum. Guests must order from the Cabin Shareables menu.

Diners interested in checking out these new cabins for themselves will need to fill out an event inquiry on Proof’s website. Be sure to book your reservation at least 24 hours ahead of your preferred date.
