March Madness is here, and that means millions of brackets and hearts waiting to be broken. Here are five local sports bars and restaurants where you can grab a bite and take in the action.

First Down Sports Bar and Grill

First Down Sports Bar in Ballston has become a go-to spot for casual and diehard sports fans alike. With 30 TVs and 50 flavors of wings, grab a cocktail and a friend and enjoy watching your favorite team. 4213 Fairfax Dr., Arlington

Spanky’s Shenanigans

Spanky’s encapsulates Irish charm and is always a good choice when looking for somewhere to catch a game. Stick around for one of many live events, and be sure to try something delicious off the menu, like raw oysters or a selection of more than 20 sandwiches and burgers. 538 E. Market St., Leesburg

Yard House

With more than 20 TVs on site, you won’t miss a second of the game at Yard House. Cheer for your team while you dig into a barbecue bacon cheddar burger or chicken nachos and quench your thirst with one of the many beers on tap. 1660M Galleria at Tysons II, McLean

Crystal City Sports Pub

For more than 30 years, Crystal City Sports Pub has been a haven for Arlington sports fans to catch the game. Open daily until 2 a.m., this three-level restaurant offers more than 100 TVs, plus pool tables, dartboards, foosball, pinball, and arcade games. The menu features daily specials and signature dishes, including the seafood cake sandwich and wings. 529 23rd St. S., Arlington

Brittany’s Restaurant & Sports Bar

This neighborhood spot in Woodbridge is a reliable place to watch college sports with great food. Try the Woodbridge burger (topped with cheddar, mushrooms, and onions) or Brittany’s Most Popular Pasta during the highs and lows of the action. With daily events like live music or poker games, there’s never a dull moment on game day. 12449 Dillingham Sq., Woodbridge
