A little piece of wine country comes to Reston Town Center next week. Sixty Vines, a vineyard-inspired restaurant with communal tables and (as its name suggests) 60 wines on tap, opens its doors on Monday, December 11.
The new dining destination is in a 12,857-square-foot space, located at 11905 Market St. The open-layout space has indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar.

Diners can expect a casual, “pinkies down” dining experience. The menu features a variety of shareable foods, including charcuterie boards and pizzas, fitting with the restaurant’s communal tables. There are entrées of housemade pasta dishes, seafood, burgers, and steak.
But the wine is where this new spot will really shine. The selection of red, rosé, white, and sparkling wines are offered in flights, half or full glasses, 8-ounce pours, and carafes. Each wine is dispensed from a tap, a system that is both sustainable — each keg of wine holds the equivalent of 26 bottles and can be refilled around 1,500 times — and produces a “from the barrel” tasting experience, according to a news release from Sixty Vines.

A current tap list is posted on Sixty Vines’ website, showing off a wide range of options from wine regions around the world. Wines on the tap list will rotate.
The restaurant will be open daily for lunch and dinner, plus brunch on weekends.
This is the ninth location from the Texas-based company, and the first in the DMV area. The company plans to continue to expand throughout 2024, with planned restaurants in DC, Miami, San Antonio, and Austin, Texas.
