Age: 21. She’s No. 4 of out of eight siblings, one of whom is Layla.

Title: Head server/general manager. She also leads catering and farmers market stalls and is an accounting major at George Mason University, where she’s a junior.

Favorite dish: Chicken shawarma.
“I love the rice and pickled turnips,” she says. “We grew up with this food. With my mom being from Lebanon, she made this our entire life.”

Career goals
“I would love to help small businesses like us grow and prosper. It’s a hard industry to get into; it’s risky. I picked up accounting to help us manage the books even more.”

On working for her mom, the chef and owner:
“I love it. I feel very passionate and very proud to work for such an amazing woman. If there’s anything in this world I do, I would work hard for my mom and dad.”
