Always in Motion Ninja & Parkour, a family-friendly fitness and entertainment hub, is opening in Dulles Town Center. The 20,000-square-foot gym facilitates a combination of American Ninja Warrior-style obstacles, parkour, and tumbling challenges for all ages and skill levels.

Always in Motion will host a grand opening celebration for the community from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, February 28. The address is 21080 Dulles Town Cir., Ste. 100, Sterling. Festivities will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a course demonstration, and a meet-and-greet with the American Ninja Warrior 2024 women’s champion, Addy Herman.

“Our goal is to provide a motivating and challenging environment where anyone, regardless of ages and skill level can pursue their fitness goals — while having fun,” the owners said. “We offer the tools and coaching needed to unlock each athlete’s full potential, from beginners to seasoned competitors.

The facility features ninja rigs, balance and parkour areas, spring floors, a climbing section, and two birthday party rooms.

Kids and adults can enjoy unstructured open gym hours and move through the obstacles at their own pace.  Drop-in passes for open gym are $30 per visit.

Those seeking a more specialized experience can enroll in a range of courses and camps tailored to different ages, skill levels, and interests.

Business hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
