Kids Can Jam at Wolf Trap’s Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods Summer Shows

Check out the lineup for these fun concerts, comedy shows, and more.

By Maggie Roth April 11, 2024 at 10:15 am

There are a lot of fun concerts on the calendar for grown-ups this summer, but what about the younger crowd? Consider a show at Wolf Trap’s Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods to get the kids out of the house when school is out. These music, comedy, and puppet shows are designed to have kids laughing, singing along, and learning along the way.

The Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods is a small outdoor venue on Wolf Trap’s grounds with bench seating. There are concerts and other fun events geared toward young audiences from June through August. The shows are early in the day, and, at $12 per ticket (and free for kids under 2), the cost won’t break the bank.

Below is a sampling of the kid-friendly shows in store this season. Check out the full schedule.
