The Trampoline Parks in NoVA Where Anyone Can Bounce Off the Walls

These parks feature wall-to-wall trampolines, ninja warrior courses, foam pits, and more.

With the winter cold taking the region by storm, your family may be starting to feel the effects of cabin fever. If that’s the case, pack the kids (and the big kids at heart) in the car and head over to one of NoVA’s trampoline parks to burn off that extra energy.

Atomic Trampoline Fun Center

Try out all of your flips and tricks on one of the 40-plus interconnecting trampolines at this Leesburg entertainment complex. If you’re looking for more than jumps, additional entertainment includes a foam pit, dodgeball, birthday party rooms, and bounce boards. 1604 Village Market Blvd., Ste. 110, Leesburg

Flight Adventure Park

Blast off to space with a trip to Flight. The adventure park features over 15,000 square feet of fun. Whether you want to hold a family slam dunk contest or throw an out-of-this-world birthday party, the options are truly endless. 7200 Fullerton Rd., Springfield

Get Air Trampoline Park

An endless supply of trampolines awaits at Alexandria’s trampoline park. With foam pits, dodgeball, and a kiddie section, burning off that built up energy has never been easier. If you’re looking for something to do on a Friday or Saturday night, start making plans for the park’s weekly Club Air–a three-hour session full of dancing, lights, and trampolines. 340 S. Pickett St., Alexandria

Launch Trampoline Park

Kids and adults of all ages will enjoy a trampoline session at Launch. With a variety of packages and programs, including the Family Fun package and Toddler Time, the whole family will spend hours jumping, playing dodgeball, and getting major air from the Launch Pad. If you need to take a break from the jumping, head over to the in-house arcade for even more fun. 13348 Franklin Rd., Herndon

Sky Zone

Adrenaline junkies must take a trip to one of Sky Zone’s NoVA locations. Not only do they have wall-to-wall trampolines for your freestyle jump, but each venue also has a ninja warrior course, ropes course, zip line, and more. Fredericksburg, Manassas, Springfield, and Sterling

ZAVAZONE

What started off as looking to keep their kids entertained turned into this larger than life indoor adventure park, where boredom isn’t an option. With 15 different attractions, guests will be able to test their athletic abilities and strength on a variety of adrenaline pumping features, including trampoline dodgeball, high ropes, and pole walk.
