Workout: 50-minute indoor cycling workout using cardio, core and weight training

Workout: 50-minute full-body workout using slow and controlled muscle movements. Different class levels, including muscle-specific classes.

Xtend barre
Cost: $210 for 10 classes
Workout: Barre classes can vary from 55 to 70 minutes and usually include a full-body immersion of muscle-sculpting moves that fuse cardio, Pilates and exercises at the ballet barre.
Calories burned: 400 to 1,000 calories
Amenities: Lounge area, shower in-studio, water fountain and changing room. Monthly live DJ class for monthly unlimited members

Title Boxing Club
Cost: $79.99 for a month
Workout: Boxing and kickboxing classes available. Classes can be 30, 60 or 75 minutes. Each Power Hour starts with 15 minutes of high-intensity bodyweight exercises, followed by 30 minutes of strikes on a 100-pound heavy bag, then 15 minutes of core exercises using a medicine ball weighing anywhere from 6-15 pounds.
Calories burned: Up to 1,000 calories per hour
