Caboose Brewing Co. aims to harken back to the days when most towns had local breweries to provide residents with beer and regional food specialties. Glory Days Grill
Glory Days is a regional institution with more than 10 locations around the area, including the original establishment in Burke, and another coming to Alexandria. The Auld Shebeen
As downtown Fairfax continues to grow, the Auld Shebeen keeps the spirit of the classic Irish pub alive.
