Spark Yoga is one of the first places in NoVA to offer aerial yoga classes along with hatha, fiery, vinyasa and weighted yoga classes, barre and pilates. The studio comes equipped with a state-of-the-art heating system, full amenity showers, complimentary towels, filtered-water filling stations and free parking. Workshops and lifestyle programs are also available monthly. –AB
