Angel and Pia Miranda moved from Chicago to Northern Virginia in 1998 and couldn’t find “true Chicago-style anything.” The Mirandas decided to go mobile with their own Chicago fare in 2008 at the Blue Mount Nursery Parking Lot and later opened a shop in Leesburg. The menu includes chili cheese dogs and an Italian-style beef polish sausage sandwich. –SB
