Hank’s Oyster Bar

Hank’s sources oysters from Massachusetts to California but always saves space for Virginia varieties. Besides the raw bar, Hank’s offers lovely composed plates and makes sure to serve something for the fish-afraid, like Sunday’s special of Southern fried chicken. Just this spring, Hank’s started lunch during the week as well a late-night happy hour with half-off oysters. –SB
