Although Ciao Osteria is new (opened last spring), the faces behind the operation are longtime fixtures of Virginia’s restaurant scene. This is Sal Speziale’s seventh restaurant (he owns Ciao with his wife Gina), and with this Centreville spot, he fills a menu with Neapolitan pizzas, pastas, fish and sandwiches made from pizza dough, of course. –SG
