STAFF PICK FOOD CHALLENGE
Guajillo Grill’s El Cachudo
El Cachudo–Guajillo’s “biggest, baddest and hottest” burrito—could have easily been a baby wrapped in a tortilla; it weighs 5 pounds, after all. Each bite increased in heat thanks to the housemade habanero voodoo salsa until I begged for mercy. I was shown none. With a stuffed stomach—that burrito contains four meats, plus fish, rice, beans and cheese—and one-fifth of the $19 burrito gone, I happily took my to-go tray home with enough leftovers to last me a week. (For more overeating, try the challenge at Chantilly’s Pho 102.) –MR
