Pasta lovers take note: Yelp released its list of the top 100 pasta places of 2026. And a Northern Virginia restaurant — Dal Grano in McLean — ranked at No. 35.
The list is based on Yelp data and community reviews. The platform says user searches for “pasta shops” rose 52% between September 2025 and August 2026 compared to the prior 12 months. “So we tapped our community of reviewers for their top picks — and they voted overwhelmingly for local family-owned shops, trattorias, and even walk-up windows that are handcrafting the freshest, most authentic pastas and sauces this side of Italy.”
Dal Grano has been serving up Italian dishes in McLean since 2015. The locally owned restaurant boasts a menu of 50 pasta combinations. These include “short pasta” such as fusilli, penne, and rigatoni, as well as “long pasta” including fettuccine, spaghetti, and capellini. The noodles can be paired with more than a dozen sauce options.
The Pasta Shop in Denville, New Jersey, was Yelp’s No.1 ranked pasta place. Eataliana Homemade Pasta in Shelby Township, Michigan, ranked at No. 2. Forma Pasta Factory in Brooklyn, New York, took the No. 3 spot.
