Two men have been charged with malicious wounding by mob in the death of a man found in a wooded area of Oakton on Saturday.
Someone walking on a path in the 9500 block of Route 29 found the body of the man in his 20s or 30s just after 3 p.m. Fairfax County police said the man, who has not been identified, was declared dead at the scene.
Detectives arrested Maldin Anibal Guzman, 27, and Wis Alonso Sorto-Portillo, 45. The two charged with the malicious wounding by mob are described as having no fixed addresses. They are being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center with no bond.
