810 Billiards & Bowling, a chain of entertainment venues with bowling and other fun activities will soon expand to Northern Virginia with a space in Dulles Town Center, the Washington Business Journal reported.
Each of 810 Billiard & Bowling’s seven locations feature a combination of entertainment opportunities, including bowling, billiards, and arcade and board games.
When visitors work up an appetite at the games, they can grab comfort food like burgers, fries, and wings from 810’s menu, or they can sip on a dessert from Mean Mugs Milkshake Bar. A full bar will offer wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
The brand will lease a 60,000-square-foot space that will occupy the first floor of the former Sears, and it is expected to open later in 2024 or in early 2025, according to the Washington Business Journal. The brand plans to incorporate a laser tag area, ax throwing lanes, and an arcade.
Dulles Town Center recently went through a big change itself, when Virginia Investments Property CEO Srinivas Chavali purchased the mall for $46 million (plus $6 million for the site of the former Sears) in December. Chavali told the Commercial Observer at the time of purchase that he planned to renovate parts of the mall and even potentially introduce mixed-use developments on the property.
Including the Dulles Town Center location, 810 Billiards & Bowling has 16 new locations in development, according to the Washington Business Journal. The chain began in 2015 in Myrtle Beach.
