A couple of parents will have quite the story to tell about the birth of their daughter.
Virginia State Police said the baby girl was born on the shoulder of Interstate 66 in Prince William County Tuesday.
The police said the special delivery occurred shortly after 6 a.m.
As the trooper arrived, so did baby Audrey.
She and Mom and Dad made it safely to the hospital. Everyone is doing well.
