This hands-on cooking class will focus on making Valentine’s Day goodies and gifts, including cream cheese strawberries and cookies. Kids Cake Decorating Class: Valentine’s Day-Themed Cake

Create a Valentine’s Day cake with buttercream, strawberries and chocolate. Appropriate for children ages 11-16, this class will teach participants how to make buttercream and chocolate-dipped strawberries, piping techniques and other cake decorating tips.
