“We’re the Las Vegas of food trucks,” says chef and owner Ed Hardy of Bacon N’ Ed’s sinful comfort food menu. There’s fried chicken banh mi and French toast egg rolls, and though you won’t find the truck in the same spot daily—most of the time the truck takes on catering gigs like wedding brunches and corporate lunches—it often roams to local wineries and breweries, like Old Ox in Ashburn. And, of course, add the housemade bacon to anything for $1.
