A weekend full of yoga and kettlebells could be the thing to take your mind off what has been a very stressful month.

As we look toward September, finish this month off on a high note when it comes to your fitness. From outdoor yoga to a health-and-fitness fair, lace up your shoes for these weekend workouts.

Yoga in the Park

Saturday, 10-11 a.m.
Nothing beats relaxing under the sun, especially when you add in a little yoga. This yoga class combines the healing power of yoga and nature for a truly relaxing morning. Widewater State Park: 101 Widewater State Park Rd., Stafford; free

ALX Fit Fair

Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
If kickstarting your health-and-fitness journey is one of your goals before the end of the year, get some help from the inaugural ALX Fit Fair. Chakra Connection and Yin Yoga

Saturday, 11 a.m.

Online Kettlebell Basics Workshop

Saturday, noon-1:15 p.m.
