Sentara Go Red Virtual Workout Luncheon with FIT4MOM

Enjoy a lunch break workout session with Sentara and FIT4MOM. The total body workout will feature intervals of cardio, strength and core workouts, then end with a stretch and meditation session. Full Moon Hike

6-Week Beginner Flow Series – LiveStream

Work out your flexibility with this six-week series from Radiance Yoga. Participants will learn all of the techniques of flow yoga, including proper breathing techniques, fundamental yoga poses and methods for relaxation. Students will also have access to unlimited LiveStream and outdoor yoga classes during the series. // $99
Lucky Dogs & Cats Charity Yoga Event
