Hop into your fitness goals with Club Jump Fitness, a trampoline workout studio, opening its doors in Ashburn in May.

Although an opening date has not yet been announced, the gym is currently offering classes at Fitwize for Kids in Ashburn, while its permanent home is under construction.

In the classes, participants use mini trampolines featuring 54 individual bungees (there’s also a bar to hold on to, attached to the trampoline). There are several workouts to choose from, both on and off the trampoline.

Classes include Jump & Pump, an interval workout with jumping for cardio and light weights; ClubKangoo, which uses Kangoo Jumps boots (boots with springs on them); JumPilates, with all the cardio benefits of the trampoline, plus the added touch of Pilates-based exercises; Pound, a dance-inspired class with Ripstixs; YogaSoul; offered on Sundays; and ClubPump, a workout off the trampoline that focuses on weightlifting.

The location in Ashburn is the brand’s second home; it first opened in June 2018 at One Loudoun, but has since closed at that location. To find out more information, visit clubjumpfitness.com. // Opening in Goose Creek Village: 21030 Sycolin Road, Ashburn; Class passes and memberships, $30-$145
