Lash stylist Jennifer Phung has a resume that reads like the expert in lashes: a graduate of the Effortless Beauty School of Permanent Cosmetics, PhiBrows Eyebrow Microblading certified and Xtreme Lashes certified, plus a degree in microbiology from University of Maryland College Park.
