Meadowlark Light Show Offers Freebie Deal for Kids, Plus Dog Nights

Find out when the kiddos get in free and the dates when you can take your pup.

By Colleen Kelleher November 6, 2025 at 9:44 am

Holiday light lovers, here’s a deal for you. Meadowlark’s Winter Walk of Lights has eight nights when kids will be admitted for free.

On those nights, kids ages 2 to 12 will be admitted to the botanical gardens when they are accompanied by a paying guest. The savings add up to $19 per child for online tickets and $24 for onsite. The buy-one, get-one Kids Nights deal is good for the following dates:

  • November 7, 10, 17, 24
  • December 1, 8, 15
  • January 2

If you’ve already bought tickets, you won’t be able to get a refund, and you can’t combine the offer with other discounts.

For those who want to take their dogs to the light display, Meadowlark also offers Pup Nights on the following dates:

  • November 10, 17, 18, 25
  • December 9, 10, 29, 30
  • January 2, 4

Dog tickets are $6 plus fees, and you will need to keep your pooch on a 6-foot leash.

The half-mile walk through Meadowlark’s winter wonderland runs through January 4. 9750 Meadowlark Gardens Ct., Vienna
