Ballston Quarter announces two new fall openings

Ballston Quarter will be adding Muse Paintbar and Superette to its shopping center this month.

In a time of uncertainty, it is always nice to see new businesses opening around the region. This fall, Ballston Quarter announced two new tenants opening in the shopping center this month.

The Arlington area will be adding a new Muse Paintbar location and Superette, an artisanal sandwich market. While Superette opened at the end of September, Muse Paintbar is set to have its grand opening Saturday, Oct. 17.

The new Muse Paintbar location marks the fourth establishment in Northern Virginia; joining the locations in Fairfax, Gainesville and Woodbridge. The location combines painting with a restaurant and bar for a fun atmosphere. With a soft opening scheduled for Oct. 15 and 16, the paintbar is already accepting bookings for the coming weeks. At the moment, there is a limit of 20 people per class in order to comply with COVID-19 regulations.

The Superette artisan sandwich and cocktail market is the newest neighborhood food hall. With house made pastrami, cured meats and chips, you are sure to find a filling meal at any time of the day. The fast casual restaurant’s menu includes a variety of classic sandwiches including the cubano, reuben and a spin on a BLT.

In addition to the new openings, Ballston Quarter has announced fun fall events for the month of October. This includes Maskerade Speed Dating (Thursday, Oct. 15, 6-9 p.m.) with DC Fray, the Pumpkin Paint Off (Oct. 17 and 18, noon-5 p.m.) and Beer and Bingo (Oct. 28, 6-8 p.m.). // Ballston Quarter: 4238 Wilson Blvd., Arlington
