Two 18-year-olds and a 23-year-old have been charged in connection with a Tuesday shooting at Manassas Mall, Prince William County police said on Wednesday. The shooting wounded two people, including one who has been charged.
The police arrested Daevon Russell and Joshuah Minas Hernandez, both of Manassas, after detaining them during a traffic stop after the shooting.

Detectives charged Skyler James Agley, also of Manassas. He was one of two people shot during the altercation outside of the mall. The shooting involved two groups and occurred just after 2 p.m. on Tuesday, initially sparking panic at the mall as people inside heard the shots and took cover.
All three suspects in the Manassas Mall shooting face similar charges: malicious wounding, shooting at an occupied building, willfully discharging a firearm in a public place, carrying a firearm in a public place, and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Russell and Minas Hernandez each face two counts of malicious wounding, while Agley, who remains hospitalized, faces one count of that charge.
The other person who was shot is expected to survive, police said.
