Have a self care day this Sunday by focusing on your mental health. This class will focus on depression. Participants will face the stigma head on and use meditation, breath work and poses to help manage your depression. Competitors Class
Sunday, 2 p.m.
Head over to CrossFit Warrenton for a true full body workout. The competitors class will feature at least five movements, including one strength component and at least two metcons.
