Fairfax City is gearing up for its second annual restaurant week, with new restaurants on this year’s list and an app that will reward diners for their participation.

Fairfax City Restaurant Week returns March 3, and will run through March 9. There are more than 20 participating restaurants, including High Side, Coyote Grille, Bellissimo, Ornery Beer Company and 29 Diner.

Patrons can eat three-course dinners for $35 and $20 three-course lunches and brunches.

In addition to the three-course meals, restaurants are also offering special events, including George Mason University appreciation events, local product features, Meet the Maker events, charity events, drink pairings and live entertainment.

There is also a new Fairfax City Restaurant Week app for iPhone users. Diners can download the app and earn points every time they eat out at a participating restaurant or share their experience on social media. Diners who reach 10 points can earn a $25 gift card from a participating restaurant.
