Former Top Chef contestant Jennifer Carroll is out of Requin in Mosaic, owned by former Top Chef contestant Mike Isabella. (Carroll’s fiance Billy Riddle, who is a sous chef at Isabella’s Kapnos Taverna, also resigned.) The French restaurant is in the midst of a rebrand. [Eater]
