Ice cream and dessert wine pairings at The Black Squirrel

The newly opened Black Squirrel in Dunn Loring is celebrating National Ice Cream Month with a pairing of homemade ice creams with glasses of Virginia port-style wine and dessert wines, ending July 31. Options include smoked white chocolate ice cream paired with Paradise Springs Swagger, a port-style wine, and salted caramel and applewood-smoked bacon ice cream paired with Horton Vineyards Rojo, a red dessert wine with a dark chocolate essence. // The Black Squirrel: 2680 Avenir Place, Vienna
