As a Senior Attorney and the Civil Litigation Department Lead at PJI Law, Heba understands that legal disputes can have significant personal consequences. She strives to ensure that her clients remain informed, prepared, and supported throughout every stage of the process—whether a matter is resolved through negotiation or pursued through trial.

Heba is a proud native of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, born in the District and raised in McLean, Virginia. Her work ethic was shaped early through helping her mother in the family business, an experience that instilled in her the value of dedication, responsibility, and service. She went on to attend the University of Virginia, where she developed a passion for the law and a lasting appreciation for Charlottesville and the Commonwealth she now serves.

After earning her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2014, Heba served as a law clerk to the Virginia Court of Appeals. That experience provided her with a valuable perspective on appellate law and continues to inform her strategic approach to litigation. Drawing on that foundation, she approaches each matter with precision, perspective, and careful attention to both the legal issues and the client’s broader objectives.
