Burger lovers will soon have a new spot for smashed and pressed halal burgers. S&P Burger, is opening its first brick-and-mortar location in Fairfax, this fall. The new restaurant will be located at 11055 Main St., Fairfax.
The popular food truck announced their new permanent location on Instagram. The business says construction on the new restaurant is nearly complete. They are hoping to open in October. They plan to “serve the Northern Virginia community with excellent Halal smash burgers that are sealed and pressed to lock in the flavor.”
S&P Burger was launched by owner Kais Abawi in August 2025. It’s known for its unique pressed burgers, which are cooked and then sealed with their toppings inside a crispy brioche bun. The process creates the burgers’ signature UFO-like shape while helping keep the juices inside.
An exact opening date has not been announced.
