About

Justin Prompovitch, a Northern Virginia native, has deep roots in the community and a strong knowledge of the local market, which allows him to provide clients with insight and guidance through every transaction.

With over 23 years of experience in real estate in residential, commercial, and agricultural transactions, Justin developed a strong network of resources, including but not limited to custom home builders, estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, private lenders, and elder care specialists. In addition, his former role as a settlement agent provided him with experience from the legal side of real estate transactions, having trained attorneys in the settlement process.

This depth of knowledge and detail, combined with local market knowledge, allows him to partner with clients in a consultative approach to the process. His goal: to advocate, educate, and integrate his clients throughout the process and after closing.
