KettleBox Fitness

This upcoming boutique fitness studio in the Cascades Overlook shopping center will feature strength and conditioning workouts, group classes, and personal training with kettlebell and boxing fitness. Mount Vernon Rec Center

The recently renovated Mount Vernon Rec Center features a new NHL-sized ice rink, a two-story climbing wall, and upgraded cardio and strength equipment. Onelife Fitness

Covering more than 47,000 square feet, Onelife Fitness will inhabit two large spaces in the Ashbrook Commons Plaza, located at Route 7 and Ashburn Village Boulevard. Although it is unclear when the center will open, the plan includes an expansive equipment space, group fitness rooms, and indoor swimming pool.
