About

Paul grew up in an entrepreneurial family and, after moving to the United States as a child, began participating in the family businesses as a teenager. Working with advisors across multiple legal practice areas, he saw firsthand how inconsistent communication, unreliable service, and a failure to understand clients’ broader goals could undermine the value of legal counsel.

Those experiences shaped his vision of what a law firm should be. Paul came to believe that effective lawyers must do more than answer legal questions: they must understand their clients’ objectives, anticipate important issues, and provide proactive, practical guidance.

With that vision in mind, he attended law school and founded PJI Law in October 2010. Since then, the firm has served hundreds of clients through a client-centered approach built on communication, responsiveness, ethical billing, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs and goals.

As CEO, Paul works to ensure that the firm’s team shares these values and remains dedicated to professionalism, excellence, and integrity. He believes that building a strong firm requires more than legal expertise—it requires people who are committed to delivering the quality of service clients deserve.

Today, Paul continues to lead PJI Law with the same determination that inspired its founding: to provide thoughtful, proactive counsel and a consistently high level of client service.
