This hour-and-a-half class will kick your Saturday morning off right, and send you straight to lunch time with your workout already out of the way. Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses

You’ve heard of goat yoga and, surely, you’ve heard of the yoga classes at your favorite brewery. But what about swapping out goats for another four-legged friend? Get your “pawsport” from Sinistral Brewing Company and you can participate in an hour-long, mixed-level yoga class where puppies and dogs will roam free. Yoga at Rocket Frog Brewing

This energetic yoga class is meant to “blast you off of your mat” thanks to the aptly named hosting brewery. Yoga at Tysons Biergarten

If you’ve been raising your glasses high for Oktoberfest (or are planning to do so as the celebration runs through early October), stretch out your shoulders and get yourself back into tip-top shape with this energetic yoga class.
