A diverse lineup of artists and shows across genres will be hitting the stage at Hylton Performing Arts Center for its 2019-2020 season as part of the Hylton Presents, Hylton Family Series, Matinee Idylls and the American Roots Series programs.
Highlights of the lineup include husband-and-wife duo and banjo players Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn; The Hot Sardines; comedy troupe The Second city; cellist Matt Haimovitz; pianist Simone Dinnerstein; the Siberian State Symphony Orchestra; the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine; and guitarist MILOŠ.
There is also Cirque Mei on the calendar, an elite group of circus artists and acrobats, as well as a performance by Ballet Folclórico Nacional de México de Silvia Lozano.
Season subscriptions for Friends of the Hylton Center members are now on sale at hyltoncenter.org/preview, or by phone at 703-993-7700. For the general public, subscriptions go on sale April 24, and single tickets go on sale on Aug. 1.
