Dennis Crayon Solo Show Opening Reception

5th Annual Capital Classic Strongman Challenge
June 6, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. // For those who are interested in watching very fit men and women lift, carry, press, pull and push heavy objects, this event is for you. Weight lifters and bodybuilders from the region will compete to become the next “Nation’s Capital Strongest Man and Woman,” and this year’s winner of the World’s Strongest Man competition, Brian Shaw, will be there to meet fans. // The Edge 2.0: 8500B Tyco Road, Vienna; $10, free for children 12 and under
An Evening with the Creators of Serial: Sarah Koenig and Julie Snyder
June 6, 8 p.m. // “Serial” was the first podcast in iTunes history to reach 5 million downloads.
