
DC Sniper Lee Boyd Malvo heads to the Supreme Court
In the fall of 2002, the Northern Virginia region came to a standstill as the infamous DC Snipers, John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo, went on a killing spree. Now, 17 years later, Malvo—who was 17 at the time—is at the center of a Supreme Court case that could ultimately lead to a reduction in his life sentence.
