John Irvin, the founder of Irvin Realty, was introduced to the real estate industry in 2005, earning his license in September 2007, right before the recession. Through patience, research, self-discipline and practice, Irvin found his niche in the market, beginning to work with real estate investors in 2010. After learning to fully understand investing, Irvin used his experience in real estate to help individual clients buy or sell a house of their own. Finding satisfaction in helping others fulfill their real estate goals outweighed Irvin’s desire to flip houses, leading him to open Irvin Realty in 2014.
