Molly Garrett has been practicing in the areas of family law and domestic relations for 14 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and then received her J.D. from Pace University’s School of Law in White Plains, New York. In 2003, Ms. Garrett was admitted to both the Virginia Bar and the U.S. District Court for Virginia’s Eastern District of Virginia
Outside of the firm, Ms. Garrett volunteers through the Fairfax Bar Association’s Conciliator Program, in both the Circuit Court and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. She is also a member of Alexandria’s Junior Friends of the Campagna Center. Ms. Garrett has authored articles that have been published in the Virginia Family Law Quarterly, Virginia Lawyers Weekly and Fairfax Woman Magazine. In addition, she has prepared, hosted and moderated legal continuing education classes for attorneys practicing across Virginia for multiple organizations.
