2021 New Year, New You Kick-start
Saturday, 10:30 a.m.
Kick off your fitness resolution with Rugged Terrain CrossFit. This six-week course includes boot camp classes, meal plan and nutrition guidance. Multiple plans are available to help you reach your goals for the new year. // $219 for six-week class
New Year’s Yoga Party
Sunday, 10-11:15 a.m.
Shake off the bad vibes of 2020 with a relaxing yoga session. This 75-minute class will be limited to 21 in-person participants. Participants can also join the class virtually. Yoga for Anxiety and Depression
