Thursday, 8:45-9:45 a.m.
Combine high intensity training and yoga for the ultimate workout. Participants will do sets of bodyweight and cardio moves and refresh with yoga poses to prepare for the next round. Variations will be provided to accommodate all levels of fitness. // $16

Enjoy an Orangetheory fitness class from your living room. Sweat it out with a HIIT bodyweight workout then refresh with a BYOB cocktail with the class on Zoom. // free
Saturday, 10:30 a.m.
Kick off your fitness resolution with Rugged Terrain CrossFit. This six-week course includes boot camp classes, meal plan and nutrition guidance. Multiple plans are available to help you reach your goals for the new year. // $219 for six-week class
Sunday, 10-11:15 a.m.
Shake off the bad vibes of 2020 with a relaxing yoga session. This 75-minute class will be limited to 21 in-person participants. Participants can also join the class virtually. Sunday, 1-3:30 p.m.
