With the start of the holiday season just a few weeks away, it is the perfect time to get a head start on your meditation. Whether you are looking to start practicing yoga or take it back up, there are plenty of classes to fill your needs. Stop by Salamander Resort for a fall-themed hatha yoga class. Participants will practice mindful breathing techniques through their poses in order to help you connect with your body. Take a short trip to the Nation’s capital for some fresh air yoga. This hour-long class welcomes yogis of all levels for a relaxing and unique series under the sun. Take to the lavender fields for a calming Sunday afternoon. Enjoy the view and the benefits of lavender as you work off your stress.
